GIFFTRIPPAUDIO HDMI AUDIO BRIDGE V1.2

1. Connect the Mac HDMI output to a display, Video Assist, or HDMI converter.
2. In macOS Audio MIDI Setup, confirm that the HDMI device exposes eight output channels at 48 kHz.
3. Open HDMI Audio Bridge and select a Core Audio source such as Dante Virtual Soundcard.
4. Select the HDMI destination. Its device label must show at least 8 channels.
5. Patch source channels into HDMI 1 through HDMI 8.
6. Choose the output display. The built-in Multichannel Audio Feed movie loops by default and is intentionally muted so it never replaces bridge audio.
7. Enable the verification tones and Start Link before using program audio.
8. Record the HDMI input on the Video Assist and confirm all eight channels remain discrete.

Important: This build has passed software compilation and routing-buffer tests. Actual eight-channel HDMI capability depends on the connected Mac port, adapter, EDID, converter, and receiver. Verify the entire path before live use.
